The beginning of life as an animator

I have created this blog to be the running record of what I am doing with myself after recently finishing my course of a 3 year BA Animation degree.

So what's going on with me now?

After handing in our final year film and finishing Uni I am still currently living at uni for another week or so and then it's time to live in the real world.

Animation wise, I am still yet to put together a show reel. Upon looking through what animation I have from both Uni and freelance work I am still not happy I have a good enough selection of work to show myself off.

Since this realisation I am working on a few animations to get some variety into my reel and hopefully I will then apply work work with that over the next week or two.

I will in the near future upload what animation I am doing and blog my processes etc.
apart from that it's really all just hard work with animation for now, send out a reel in 2 weeks, and then settle at home, whilst updating my reel until I get an industry job. I have been getting adjusted to the fact I may be too late to apply for any new student roles, so am ready to do the waiting game.
